Al Nassr inks Cedric Russell, ex MZT Skopje

Al Nassr Riyadh (SBL) has agreed terms with 24-year-old American guard Cedric Russell (188cm-86kg-1999, college: Ohio State). He started the season at MZT Skopje in North Macedonian Prva Liga. In 13 games, he had 10.0ppg, 3.5rpg, and 1.2apg, helping them win the Supercup. He also played 8 games in ABA League, recording 13.0ppg, 3.9rpg, and 1.6apg. Last season, he played at Tamis (KLS) in the Serbian league.
He was voted to the East-West All-Star Game back in 2017 in high school.
He graduated from Ohio State in 2022 and it's his second season as a pro player. He also played for University Louisiana at Lafayette for 4 years.
